Exchanges & Returns
I do except exchanges and returns, but the customer will need to pay for the delivery when returning. I do not offer refunds but will exchange or offer a credit note/voucher for another product.
If a product arrives damaged or is lost, I will refund your item when the postage claim is finalised. A copy of the postage tracking will be sent to you via email.
All my ceramics are made from stoneware clay and can be used in the dishwasher and are ovenproof.
